PELL Grant: The PELL is available for Cosmetology and Esthetician Managers courses only, not available for the Nail Technicians. To fill out the FAFSA you will need proof of income for 2005 if you are planning on starting before June 30, 2007, and proof of income for 2006 if you are planning on starting after July 1, 2007. Proof of income can be based on tax returns, any government money received, or a budget form based on the amount of money you spent during the applicable year.

Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation: If you have a physical, mental or emotional impairment which creates or results in a substantial barrier to employment you may be eligible for some additional aid through the BVR. This can include learning disabilities. Contact a local office to determine your edibility.
